The polymer, built to your spec
The six J-POLY products on our list are the grades we run most often. They are not the only grades we can make. If you need one of our polymers at a neutralization or a solids content we do not stock, tell us the target and we will tell you whether we can hit it.
Our chemistry, your specification
Our standard line already spans four neutralization states because formulators need different things. That range is a starting point rather than a limit. We regularly adjust grades to fit what a customer is building.
- Neutralization and pH set to your target
- Solids content adjusted to your specification
- Packaged the way your process needs it
- Batch documentation with every run
Molecular weight is not a variable — each polymer is what it is. What we adjust is neutralization, solids and packaging.
Our polymer, your product name
Several of our customers sell J-POLY chemistry under their own designations. Their customers know the brand; nobody needs to know where the drum came from. It is a proprietary product line without a plant to build.
- Your product designation, not ours
- Your label artwork on the container
- Consistent batch documentation you can pass through
- Lead time quoted with the spec — custom runs are made to order
What we do and do not make
We manufacture our own acrylic homopolymers and source the two specialty grades. Either way we supply polymer, not finished treatment programs. That distinction saves everyone a phone call.
Acrylic polymers to your spec
Acrylic homopolymers built around our own chemistry, adjusted to the pH, solids and packaging you need, under your label if you want it.
Full formulated packages
We do not blend in phosphonates, biocides, corrosion inhibitors, dyes or other components to build a finished treatment program. That is your formulation work, and we would rather supply the polymer that goes into it.
A product line of your own
You own the price
A named product with your data sheet on it does not get shopped line-by-line against a commodity quote the way a raw material does.
Your customer buys from you
The relationship, the specification and the reorder all stay with your company rather than routing around you to a manufacturer.
No reactor to build
Polymerization equipment, permits, tankage and QC staff are a serious investment. This gets you a product line without any of it.
The spec you actually need
If a stock grade is close but not right, adjusting the polymer is usually easier than reworking the formulation you built around it.
One source, one spec
The same chemistry batch after batch, with a certificate of analysis you can hand to your own customer's quality department.
We stay in the background
We do not publish customer names and we do not approach your accounts. Your supply arrangement is your business.
What to bring to the first call
There is no formal process here. A phone call settles most of it. These are the things that let us give you a real answer instead of a range:
- The target specification — pH, solids, and what the polymer needs to do
- What you are using now, if you are replacing something
- Roughly what volume, and how often
- How you need it packaged
- Whether you want it under your own product name
- Any documentation your customers require from you
If you are not sure yet, call anyway. Most of these conversations start with someone wondering whether it is even possible at their size. It usually is.
